Go Wild in Southern Tanzania
The south of Tanzania contains an infinite number of beauties still untouched by human hands, and on this trip, you will combine completely different settings in a few days.
Southern Tanzania is a top destination for safaris and other outdoor activities, with a variety of wildlife, parks, and other attractions. Is home to two large parks: Nyerere National Park (former Selous Game Reserve) and Ruaha National Park. It has other smaller parks as well, the Udzungwa Mountains Park, Mikumi National Park and Kitulo National Park among others.
Unlike other regions, these parks receive a fraction of the visitors that their counterparts in the north do and offer untouched wilderness and an exciting safari experience.
Here human interference is practically nonexistent, and it is home to what is defined as the largest population of mammals in Africa: elephants, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, wild dogs, lions, leopards and cheetahs.
