Bateleur Safari Cancellation policy
BATELEUR SAFARI
BATELEUR SAFARIS & TOURS CO. CANCELLATION POLICY.
A client may cancel the booking by notifying Bateleur Safaris, and the following cancellation policies will be applied to the safari packages offered, upon payment of the deposit and confirmation of reservation in respect to the time frame indicated.
- For any cancellation received 60 days or more before the date of the safari, the remainder of the payments made to us with respect to the canceled booking will be fully refunded.
- Upon receipt of written cancellation by a client of the safari package indicated on this booking 30 days or more before the date of the safari, 50% of the remainder payments made with respect to the canceled booking will be retained by Bateleur Safaris and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the client.
- If the cancellation is received at least 15 days before the date of the safari, 75% of the remainder of payments made concerning the canceled booking will be retained by Bateleur Safaris, and the remaining 25% will be refunded to the client.
- For any booking cancellation received in less than 15 days before the date of the safari, 100% of the remainder of payments made with respect to the canceled booking will be retained by Bateleur Safaris. as the client will receive no refund.
